Summary
Autonomous navigation in dynamic environments requires systems that can plan paths while avoiding moving obstacles. This project addresses that challenge by developing a Pac-Man inspired mobile robot that maps its environment and navigates to collect virtual targets. The system uses localization, mapping and dynamic path planning to adjust movement in real time while avoiding virtual obstacles. The goal is to demonstrate how risk-based planning can support safe and efficient navigation in changing environments.
