Summary
The Transfer Heat Under Garment System project tackles the challenge of extreme desert heat that limits outdoor activity and safety. The team’s solution is a lightweight, cooling undershirt that circulates chilled liquid through silicone tubing beneath aerogel insulation to maintain comfort. Designed for both recreational users and outdoor workers, the system promotes health, well-being and productivity in high-temperature environments.
