Summary
This team’s project is an interactive solar tracker designed to help young students learn about solar energy in a fun and engaging way. The system uses a motor to move a solar panel toward the brightest light source, utilizing optical sensors and a voltage sensor to retrieve voltage data. Students can control the panel with the OLED screen and buttons. The motor mode can be switched via Wi-Fi as well. Real-time sunlight and energy data are shown on a screen and Wi-Fi module, making solar power easy to understand. The system is divided into four parts—motor, sensors, user interface, and Wi-Fi communication. They all work together to teach students about sustainable energy practices and how it impacts the environment.
