Aligned Rewards leverages artificial intelligence to improve workforce management and employee engagement. The project focuses on streamlining human resources operations and supporting employee growth through three core modules: a super admin dashboard, an AI-driven career development tool and an LLM-powered HR chatbot. Together, these tools automate tasks, deliver insights and boost satisfaction and productivity.
