Summary
Creating organizational goals can be time-consuming and inconsistent, particularly without structured guidance. This project addresses that challenge by developing an AI-powered goal builder for the Aligned Rewards platform. The system guides administrators through defining goals, generating measurable key results and managing drafts before publication. It includes role-based access controls and supports draft recovery to maintain workflow continuity. The goal is to improve consistency, efficiency and reliability in goal creation and management.
