Summary
Patients prescribed new medications often lack clear, personalized information to understand their treatment. Existing tools may provide generic responses that do not reflect individual conditions or knowledge gaps. This project addresses that challenge by developing MedCareBot, a system that combines self-assessment, retrieval-augmented generation and adaptive learning. The platform delivers tailored education on medications and conditions based on each patient’s profile. The goal is to improve understanding and support safer, more informed health decisions.
