Summary
The increasing use of artificial intelligence in the workplace has led to workforce changes that can be difficult to assess and interpret. This project addresses that issue by examining how organizations communicate layoffs related to AI adoption. The research analyzes common language used in corporate messaging and explores how AI systems are integrated into roles previously held by employees. The goal is to better understand the impact of these changes on communication practices and the day-to-day experiences of remaining workers.
