This project addresses that challenge by developing a rule-based weekly workout planning tool that helps users build structured schedules while avoiding overtraining. The system validates workouts based on user-defined rules, supports multiple exercise types and intensities, and provides real-time feedback on potential issues. The goal is to deliver an intuitive web application that supports safe, consistent and personalized training decisions.
