Summary

Producing packaged food products consistently can require coordinated automation and quality control. This project addresses that challenge by developing an automated system for assembling boxed chocolate assortments. The system integrates robotic arms, programmable logic control and vision-based inspection to manage tasks such as box loading, sorting, placement and lid closure. Custom-designed components support system operation and integration. The goal is to demonstrate reliable, repeatable packaging processes while improving efficiency and reducing manual handling in food production.
