Summary
Limited connectivity between industrial systems can restrict data visibility and reduce operational efficiency in manufacturing environments. This project addresses that challenge by working with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the Manufacturing Engineering Association to develop an Industrial Internet of Things architecture. The system connects devices, networks and data platforms to enable real-time data collection and analysis. An interactive dashboard provides insight into production performance. The goal is to support more efficient, data-driven manufacturing operations through improved system integration.
