Summary

The project centers on auditing XNRGY’s manufacturing operations with a targeted focus on compressed air systems, raw material waste, and electricity usage associated with industrial machinery. Partnering directly with XNRGY, the team is addressing the challenge of identifying inefficiencies in these high impact resource areas to reduce operating costs and environmental footprint. By conducting detailed assessments of compressor performance, air leaks, material scrap rates, and machine level energy consumption, the team will quantify current usage patterns and compare them to industry benchmarks. These findings will support the development of practical engineering recommendations, such as optimizing compressor controls, improving material handling processes, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies for energy‑intensive equipment. The proposed solutions aim to enhance resource efficiency, minimize waste, and strengthen XNRGY’s long term sustainability performance. The final deliverable will be a comprehensive report outlining data driven insights and actionable improvements for the facility.
