30 Electrical Panel Installation Optimization

Summary

Handling and mounting electrical panels in HVAC systems can be inconsistent and labor-intensive without standardized processes. This project addresses that challenge by working with XNRGY Climate Solutions to develop a universal approach for panel installation. The design includes standardized mounting using unistrut channels and a handling system that uses a hydraulic floor crane with a custom attachment. The goal is to improve consistency, reduce manual effort and support more efficient installation of electrical panels in data center HVAC systems.
