24 Battery-Powered Conveyor Belt Sensor Controller for Monitoring

Summary

Monitoring conveyor systems can be limited by wired sensors that require constant power and restrict deployment. This project addresses that challenge by working with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling to develop a wireless sensor system for real-time monitoring of conveyor speed and acceleration. The design uses a radar-based sensor within a sealed enclosure to support operation in industrial environments. Data is transmitted to a monitoring platform using wireless communication. The goal is to improve data collection, support predictive maintenance and enhance operational efficiency.
